Technical Team Lead

Job Specification:

• Responsible for overall technical activities of the projects.
• Provide Technological lead and supervision to the project teams.
• Manage projects progress, meetings and correspondence.
• Ensure that relevant, thorough, precise and comprehensive project documentation are being prepared.
• Provide technical support for the projects where and when required.

Qualification:

PhD/MS/MPhil (Minimum18 years of education) in a relevant discipline of Physics or Electronics or System Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering or Cyber Security or Information Security such as Quantum Communication, Quantum Computing, Quantum Mechanics, Photonics, Post Quantum Cryptography, etc. and twelve years’ experience (preferably) at any national or international department, institute, organization or agency.

Other Details:

• At least 3 years experience of handling national/ international level public/private sector communication/ information security projects.
• At least 7 years experience as lead researcher/team lead for R&D and/or deployment projects preferably in Quantum Technologies.
• Preferably, at least 3x publications in relevant domains of Quantum Technologies such as Quantum Communication, Quantum Computing, Post Quantum Cryptography, Photonics, Quantum Networks, Quantum Random Number Generation.
• Knowledgeable of standards and publications pertaining to the relevant domains of quantum technologies (e.g. NIST Publications, etc.) found on the lab’s scope.
• Must possess working experience/practical knowledge in at least one of the following domains: Quantum Communication, Quantum Computing, Post Quantum Cryptography, Photonics, Quantum Networks, Quantum Random Number Generation.
• Skill in identifying Research, Development & Evaluation infrastructure (people, tools, instrumentation) requirements for Quantum Technologies.
