Job Specification:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage key customer relationships and strategic partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions, to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks, cultivate partnerships, and promote brand awareness.

Qualification:

MS/MPhil (18 years of education) with majors in Sales or Marketing and at least 10 years’ experience (preferably) at any national or international department, institute, and organization.

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles in a similar capacity.
  • Strong planning and marketing skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive results, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technology platforms to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
